About the Plaza
In 1984 John and Theresa Cannone Built what is now the Lake Elizabeth plaza. Named after the largest housing development in the area at the time. They ran 3 out of the 5 business that were located in the plaza which included: Cannone's Deli, Christina's Pizzeria and their liquor store.
The Deli's History
The Deli originally opened in 1984 as Cannone's Deli, run by John and Theresa Cannone. The Cannones owned and ran the deli until the Kelley's took over the business and renamed the deli to its well known name known, Kelley's Deli. The Kelleys' brought the deli to a new height of fame as they continued the World Famous Breakfast Sandwiches which appealed to the local community and expanded on catering.
The deli had many years of successful business. Ownership changed hands in 2009 to Scott and Danielle LeBed. This change in ownership included a change in the name of the deli to be changed to being known as Post Time Deli and Catering which correlates with the famous Saratoga Race Track. There was a new direction to the deli until the recent change in ownership of Post Time Deli and Catering to the Pratt / MacDonald Family who are a local family interested in keeping the same name but plan on bringing a new era of food and service to the area.

Vision
As of May 29th, 2015 Post Time Deli and Catering changed in ownership once again. Now being run by Suzzanne Pratt, Bernard Pratt and Thomas MacDonald who have lived in the area for over a decade and plan to return the deli back to the business that it once was. Having experienced when the Cannone's and Kelli's ran the the business they plan on expanding the menu and offering new services that was not previously offered through the operation of the deli. With a boost in moral and fresh ideas the goals are made and the road is lengthy but with help from their staff and support from the community they believe they can make Post Time Deli not only just a place where you come to get a Breakfast Sandwich or a sub but an experience that every customer can enjoy.
